Tasting note:	Consisting mainly of press wine – the last drops pressed from the skins after fermentation &ndash this blend is concentrated in the extreme. Its texture is thick and dense. Flavours cover the whole spectrum, with the Tinta giving the wine an exotic fruitiness on the mid-palate. The spiciness of French Oak (25% new) lends an an air of sophistication to this off-beat wine. Big, bold and juicy - a wine to ward off evil spirits or just to enjoy.

Harvest date:	Various
Sugar at harvest:	23-26 B
Yeild:	5 to 8 tons per hectare
Fermentation:	All grape varieties were fermeted separately (at temperatures of between 28 and 30°C) and blended after malolactic fermentation.
Maturation:	Completed malolactic fermentation in tank and was then transferred to French Oak barrels, of which 25% were new. Bottled after 12 months' barrel maturation.
