Cabernet Franc Cab Sauvignon Merlot
This powerful, yet elegant wine is based on Cabernet Franc (38.5%), cropped at a little more than 1 ton per hectare from dryland bush vines. With its perfume and berry fruits, this variety finds unique expression in Darling.

NEW Inkspot Vin Noir 2008 A younger inky concentration red wine which has the same unparralleled richness as the 2007. Awarded a 4 Star John Platters.
Consisting mainly of press wine – the last drops pressed from the skins after fermentation – this blend is concentrated in the extreme. Its texture is thick and dense.
Duckitt Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon 2007
The name of this wine commemorates William Duckitt, who settled in the Darling region of South Africa in the early 1800 s. Its a rich. concentrated style and is as synonymous with Darling as the Duckitt family are.

Named for the critically important role played by Cabernet Franc 25%, blended with Merlot 71% and Cabernet Sauvignon 4%. A stunning combination of richness and finely tuned tannins.
