Tasting note:	Succumb to the hedonistic allure of gorgeously sensuous Cabernet Sauvignon entwined with Shiraz and the spiced vanilla of French Oak. A wine with curves where others don’t have places. Uninhibitedly richer, juicier, bigger, bolder – and proud of it.

Sugar at harvest:	25.5
Yeild:	6 tons/hectare
Fermentation:	Unwooded portion fermented on skins for four days @ approx 30 degrees. Wooded component was on skins for up to 20 days, fermentation temperature up to 32 degrees. After malolactic fermentation was completed in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to barrels.
Maturation:	54% aged in French Oak barriques for 12 months.
